I cant load anything in my xbox one s

Well, it started a few weeks ago, i was playing Skyrim and i noticed that the loadings were too long, after some time the game began to freeze mid game to load grasses, npcs, buildings and even items on the menu, i reinstalled it and the problem persisted, then other games began to suffer from this, then apps like Youtube and Netflix, now the OS itself is lagging, with problems like keyboard stuck in the screen, the start button menu taking about 30 seconds to show up, i already hard reseted, reinstalled my games, cleaned mac alternate network, and even restored the xbox(without keeping my games) what should i do?

I see you mentioned that part of the problem was fixed by taking the console offline. If this issue does happen again, try updating your console offline, to do this follow the instructions in the article below.

When UI is acting up, like menu loading slow & etc.. I'd go into network settings & activate offline mode. That way you could almost immediately rule out any connectivity related issues, if your ui & start menu becomes much snappier again.

No my Xbox 1 is saying same thing as well as my s series

My Series S cant connect, load games, or anything. My wifes xbox one is having no problems whatsoever. We are in the SAME house and using the SAME internet connection.

I cant even play anything I have the Xbox one s and requires something because I cant play offline and im connected to my internet runs perfectly. But for some reason I cant play games. I'm beyond frustrated
