    I can't link my Microsoft Account to my PS4


    Whenever I try to link my account, it always tells me on my browser that everything went smoothly, but on my PlayStation it tells me that the Microsoft account is already logged onto another PS4. I didn't remember ever linking anything, so I made a new
    Microsoft with an entirely new email account to see what happened. I got the same screen, no change. I've deleted and installed Minecraft countless times with no change.

    Finding out what Playstation Network account a Microsoft account is linked to for Minecraft.

    This is to unlink an account that has already been linked to a PS4. The issue i'm having is I can't link my Microsoft account in the first place to PS4 as it says my Microsoft account is already linked to a different PS4, however I can't seem to find anyway
    to find out which PS4 account it is linked to, so I can delete that link.

    So I'm linked into the Ps5 account? And I'm not trying link another Microsoft account to my ps4, I'm trying to get into my Microsoft account that have my Email address linked to it.

    I just don't understand why minecraft Microsoft account can't be unlinked? I'll have to pay for another minecraft Microsoft account if I can't get my original email address that I've veen using.

    Sorry to say but that message appears when you're not using the correct Microsoft account
    You may need to find the correct, due to unlink a PSN account from a Microsoft account is not possible.

    Is stated in the link below:

    "WARNING Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation:registered: account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation:tm: Network account can be associated with a different account. 

    If you choose to unlink accounts, then purchases will be returned to the account which made the purchase. Even after unlinking, Microsoft and PlayStation:registered: accounts can only be re-linked to the original account."

    If you're not able to find the correct account, in this case you may need to use a different PSN account and link it to a new Microsoft account :c

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have an issue with linking an account. Unfortunately, you will need to reach out to PlayStation support. As unlinking accounts
    can cause many issues. As there is nothing more we can do, i will be locking this thread.
