    I can't leave the Preview Program


    I cannot use the app because I bought my Xbox from GameStop and it came with the preview program installed. I cannot access the forums because my email and password were never registered in the preview program. How do I stop getting preview updates.
    I've been getting them for 9 months, I've erased my Xbox twice and still nothing can fix it. I've called Microsoft 6 times and chatted with them many time two.



    Sorry if this is the wrong section. There is no preview program section!

    how can I leave the xbox one preview program, if have the preview dashboard app deinstalled in the past? I can't install it, because I didn't find it.

    Once you have access to the preview forums, UrbanizedTree will be able to help you and will probably need your console ID / Serial number.

    He's the guy that deals with preview registrations and will be able to help you out. I can't leave the Preview Program :eek:)

    Hi guywithbigfeet, you should have access to the preview forums by tomorrow morning.

    If you wish, you can pass on your console ID / Serial number to IAmNotAToaster, or just PM it to myself and I'll pass it on, whichever is easier for you. I can't leave the Preview Program :eek:)
