I can’t launch some game on Xbox game pass

Dear Microsoft staffs,

I just subscribed to Xbox game pass yesterday. I installed games some of them worked just fine but only for EA games. I tried Forza, Amongus and Golf with friends but it won’t launch. Whenever I click play button on Xbox app, Microsoft store or start menu, it looks like the gaming service ui will pop up in taskbar (nothing pop up on screen just taskbar) for like 0.05 secs before it disappears and nothing happens. No error code or whatsoever. (the reason that I know that it’s gaming service ui is that I fast enough to swap to task manager to see it appears and disappears)

I have tried the following:

-Changing paths of the install directory

-Powershell in/uninstall gaming service

-Time zone syncing

-Updating windows to the latest

-Sign in/out both xbox and ms store

-Closing account on Xbox insider and also removed it

-I tried open the Forza5.exe file as administrator in the installed floder but it said that I do not have permission something…

My specs :

Windows 10 pro

Ryzen 9 3900xt 4.40ghz

Ram 16 gb 3600 ddr4

Rtx 3080 10 gb

M.2 500gb <—- xbox app installed here

ssd 1 tb <——games here

My region is Thailand.

May I know if your PC region is Thailand too?

If yes, could you try changing temporarily to another one (for example United States) to see how it goes?

Could you try running the SFC tool in case there is some corruptions on your system?

Also, I'm thinking couple options more:

1. Try uninstalling the most recent windows update, just in case it is the one that is causing conflicts

2. Perform an in-place upgrade for your system in case SFC tool didn't detect or repair system corruptions:

Alright so I am now on version 20H2 and have downloaded all optional updates.

Just tried launching a game. No luck lol.

Also installed a new game from game pass and can’t launch either due to error.

I have the Deluxe Edition, it's on my dads Xbox that the game won't launch. I have the disc in my Xbox and already redeemed the Buddy Pass code so that I can play with him. It's on his Xbox that the trial version of the game
just will not launch for some reason. The Xbox thinks I'm trying to launch the full version of the game for some reason.

I don’t know if we are connected to Xbox Live when we are playing the game.

I can’t launch the game, so I can’t uninstall

I am fairly sure all the saved progress files are on the HD
