Discus and support I can't launch Skyrim on PC, when I press "New Game" it simply crashes in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So, I have made contact with the Bethesda support but they told me to contact Microsoft because apparently the problem has to do with my Microsoft...     I can't launch Skyrim on PC, when I press "New Game" it simply crashes


    So, I have made contact with the Bethesda support but they told me to contact Microsoft because apparently the problem has to do with my Microsoft account because when I tried to launch the game in another account from the same device, it worked just fine.

    I can understand your concern and please don't worry I am here to help you.

    As a first step I would recommend uninstalling the game completely and reinstalling it to see if the error persists.

    I attempted every solution you recommended. I still can't fully open the app, but the endless looping has stopped. Now, when I try to launch the app it simply crashes immediately once.
