I can't launch overwatch. TE-1130

When i try to launch overwatch it doesn't work instead it says TE-1130E. Does sombody now how to fix it and i have already tried to reset the Xbox One but i doesn't work.

Dashboard error when starting game

Hi! So it's a system/dashboard notification from your Xbox One and not Overwatch that gives you the “TE-1130E” error code? Usually Xbox One error codes look like “E12”
or “0x87df2ee7”. May you have received another error code/message?

BF1/OW troubles

So here's my issue.

Ever since I updated Overwatch and Battlefield 1 (Both got updates recently), they have both failed to start. Overwatch got the problem first where I launch it, then immediately returns to home with the error "TE-1130E". Battlefield also followed up doing the
same thing, except with no error code at all, it just closes after opening it's immediate load screen. I have rebooted, restarted and re-installed and I can't get them to work anymore. I have them both on Disc if that means anything. Any other game works fine.
I did make a mistake where I left Overwatch running and switched discs to play battlefield 1, and thought was weird Overwatch was still playable without the disc after, is there an error that could have hatched from that?

I could've gotten it in two but I was missing 1 of the 3 secret messages from the Band of Three and I was also missing a resource from act 1. But hell at least now I have a playthrough with all the male classes.

@Redwnf--The other day, I noticed it last night. I had it when they add achievements to game for DLC that is not released yet. They did it with You Don't Know Jack on day of launch which had 1 pack out of the three that was listed. Which is why I haven't
bought any of the DLC for it.

Signed. "Supplier" was a pain to get. I have to admit this game is better than what some review sites claim it to be. Hopefully the upcoming DLC will be good quality. Maybe as good as "Awakening"?
