I cant launch games

I cant launch any games at the moment. when I try the game screen comes up, the loading symbol appears, then it just stops moving. I have waited forever and none of my games will load.

Same! Purchased Destiny 2 on my console and it wont load. Everytime it says “Looks like our service isnt working right”... umm yeah id say so!

Hey there devilsh!

Sorry to hear you are running into these issues, Currently there is an
Active ServiceAlert which is affecting many players. This is basically preventing you from Downloading items you have already purchased, finding previously purchased content or purchasing new content. It looks like there is already a team that is working
hard to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

Of course in the meantime you can always attempt to
Power Cycle your console to see if this can get you around this problem.

Are the games digital or on disc?

Have you tried a cold reboot of your console?

Press the Xbox light/power button on the front of your console until it turns off. Then wait for the power supply unit light to turn orange.

Then you can turn on your console again and try loading your games.

 

Actually, the best thing would be to go to SETTINGS--POWER and STARTUP--RESTART NOW

If that doesn't work I would recommend you to uninstall games and reinstall

Go to GAMES and APPS then select a game with the MENU button (START) and go to MANAGE GAME and then uninstall. Try it with one, if it works then try with the others. If issue persists, better Restart console to defaults on SETTINGS--SYSTEM--RESTORE FACTORY

I know it is a pain but one of those may work, if it doesn't you will have to contact support....
