    I can't launch free with gold games


    About a month ago i had some problems with the game pass auto renewing and it wasn't allowing me to put in a xbox live gold code but this problem was fixed the same day now it look like that game pass problem affected my whole account. I cant play free
    with gold games but i can download them with no problems at all, but when i go to launch it saying i have to renew xbox live gold or the game pass ultimate when i have an active status. I have hard reset my xbox and its its s happening with the message and
    yes this is the account that has "bought" it for free, the only difference is the xbox that originally download it from was the original xbox one now i have a Xbox one s

    When you try to access Games with Gold, make sure you're using the gamertag that has the Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. If you redeemed a promotional Xbox Live Gold code as
    part of your subscription, you won't be eligible for Games with Gold. If you used a prepaid code to sign up for Xbox Live Gold, make sure it was successfully redeemed.

    It is the gamertag that owns it as i said this problem only started happening because of a different problem and ive been using pre paid cards for six years and didn't have a problem getting free with gold games nor do my other friends have problems either

    And not forget you get 14 days free gold and most launch games comes with 3 or 7 days free gold, so it's not necessary to buy Gold straight away.
