    I can't launch a game that was installed via CD


    Yesterday I successfully got a refund for the unused and unaware Xbox Game Pass that has been charging me 19,98 Euros for the past 2 months.

    But now when I tried to run Microsoft Flight Simulator, it says "When you got a refund on Microsoft Flight Simulator it was removed from your device.". I reinstalled it and after I installed all the CDs, it opened Microsoft Store and asked me my activation code and I wasn't able to put it because it has been already activated on the same account I am using. The only option appearing in Xbox and Microsoft Store app is "Buy" and "Play with Game Pass". How can I fix this?

    1. May we ask if you can see Microsoft Flight Simulator on this link Microsoft account | Order history? Please sign in with the account you used to purchase the game.
    2. May we know if you were able to play Microsoft Flight Simulator before the unexpected charged of Xbox Game Pass (within 4 or 3 months ago)?
    3. Do you have other Microsoft account that you could have used to link the purchase of the game?

    Game not automatically launching when disc is inserted

    problem solved for me ! the problem was in the games and apps i didnt finish to install a game update, i put the cd finished the update and then tried to put another cd and the automatically launch worked ! check out your games updates. hope it help you

    Still doesn't help. I am however to play Rocket league directly from CD and I can plah fortnite which was installed online. But games installed from CD don't want to launch and always go back to home screen after a few seconds (without error message)
