I cant join servers on Nintendo

Probably a server issue from the update and people coming back to the game that maybe put it down due to running out of things to do with a new nether and more blocks and stuff added more and more people will return and it will bog the servers down. I
remember when PS4 launched to bedrock the servers went crazy its probably just another case of that on top of that this is also the first update PS4 has been included in day 1.

The same thing happens to me with the Windows phone version, just be patient, sometimes the servers are saturated.

Whenever i try and play on servers it says i cannot join cross-platform games without both a Microsoft and Nintendo switch account. However i am already signed into both accounts. How do i fix this problem?

Sorry, I realized my mistake. I dont have a Nintendo Switch Online Account, so I wont be able to join servers, I didnt know that at the time, you had to have one to join servers. It just said I needed a Nintendo Switch Account, which throughly confused me. Thank you for your time, and once again I apologize for not realizing my mistake.
