I can't join Realms on the Windows 10 edition "because of how my account is set up"

hello, i am having a similar problem, i am trying to buy a minecraft realm but when i try to purchase it, it says i cant because i dont have parent's permission, i dont think i am in a family group and if i was i would be an adult, could you help?

Would you please just double check that the option “You can play with people outside of Xbox Live” is also enabled (besides “You can create and join clubs” and “You can join multiplayer games”)?

If they are all set to allow and you still receive this error message, please let me know so we can keep troubleshooting this issue. Also, please share a screenshot of the error message so I can take a look at it.
