I can't join parties or message even though my ban has ended

Discus and support I can't join parties or message even though my ban has ended in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I don't have a ban when I go onto my case reviews but I still can't talk in parties and I also can't send messages can you please fix this...     Account wrongly suspended

    Why is my account not able to message or talk or hear in parties when my ban has ended and I'm banned for 3 months

    Account suspension not showing up on enforcement page

    I had two active bans on my account and they have since expired, but I still can't join parties or message. I was informed by support that I apparently have an active ban that lasts until September! This does not show up on my enforcement page, however,
    so I can't even see why it happened, or try to appeal it.

    I can't join parties or message even though my ban has ended

    Check the exact time when your ban ends.

    Try to remove your account from the console, power cycle your console and add your account again.

    If that doesn't help give it 24 hrs and contact support

    it still doesn't work all of my accounts are banned from using party a and messaging even though there is no current ban

    Nothing is working. I can't see if I have banned because I can't see my messages. I fon't think I've been banned because I can join parties and still talk.

    Same here - playing EA NHL Legacy on Xbox 360 - can't send game invites. Can't send any messages on Xbox 360. Can join another person's party by going to their profile and clicking join party, but can't send or receive a party invite. Even if they are in a joinable game though, the "Join Game" option does not appear on their profile, so without game invites there's no way for us to play a game together. This is awful - any fix soon?

    Step 1:
    Update your Xbox One controller with the latest software

    Step 2: Perform a hard reboot of your console

    1. Press the power button on your Xbox One console for five seconds to shut down the console
    2. Unplug your Xbox One power supply from your wall outlet and wait five minutes. Then, plug the power supply back into the wall outlet.
    3. Turn on your Xbox One console by pressing the power button
