Discus and support I can't join or create looking for group posts. in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; It keeps on saying "unable to send request".     I can't join or create looking for group posts.


    It keeps on saying "unable to send request". I don't know what to do and I'm currently stuck.

    Hello @Neonfusion9!

    Would you please check your privacy settings and make sure that the following features are set to allow:

    1. Open your web browser and navigate to the official Xbox website. Sign in using your credentials.
    2. Now, click on the tab of Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety.
    3. Make sure your "Join Multiplayer games" AND "You can create and join clubs" are set on Allow.

    Are you on Xbox or PC?

    If you're on Xbox, follow this step.

    Clean your console's MAC and restart your internet devices.

    Network Settings> Advanced Settings> MAC Address and Clear.
