    I can't join my friends.


    For the past 3 or 4 days, I have not been able to join my friend's on Xbox Live. I've tried on AC: Unity, Dead Rising 3, and GTA V. My NAT type is open and I can still play online. I just can't play with friends for whatever reason.

    My friend try to send me invite and I try to click on his world from minecraft and also on the Xbox app. Please help me! Kind of annyoing...

    Can't join certain friends' Xbox Live Parties and games.

    This problem has annoyed me ever since I got my Xbox. My NAT type and my friends' NAT type is open and I can't join certain friends' parties or games. The only way to join them is if someone I can join is the host of the game/party. The only game that I'm
    aware of that I can join those certain friends is GTA V, but other than that, I can't join them. Also, I could join some of those friends before but now I can't.

    GTAV uses dedicated servers so there is no reason you shouldn't be able to play with them.

    If you join a server in free roam and they select Join on you, what happens?

    What happens when you go into Free Mode and select Join on Crew/Friend?

    The GTAV servers have been a bit sketchy since Christmas due to the extra load of new players so sometimes it'll tell you the server is full or unable to connect and will put you in another instance but that is normal.

    When I try to join them, it will tell me "Failed to find compatible game with friends" and proceed to put me in a separate lobby. When I invite them, nothing will happen when they accept.

    Instead of inviting them directly, have them select to join on you without you sending the invite. See if they can get to you that way.

    This doesn't resolve the problem underneath obviously but gives us more information to go with if they can't join you or they get an error message too.

    Did you get any errors in AC: Unity and Dead Rising 3 when you tried to join with friends?

    No errors. Whenever I would accept an invite, nothing happens.

    Ugh! There's still a bug that keeps me from joining partys'. I tried joining my friends party but it kept on saying can't connect to xbox live party, same for my friends, they can't join my party's unless they reset their (turn off/turn back on) xbox.
