    I can't join my friends on xbox app pc


    every time I join a friend or invite them I keep getting this message its been happening for a while now "Something went wrong with your party. Try again later" its been happening for about 2 months now and I would like to join my friends on Xbox app pc is there a way to fix this?

    Solution 1- Check the Network Connection:

    Sometimes, it can happen that due to a weak network connection the party chat gets interrupted in between and it stops working on your PC.

    If you are connected with Wi-Fi and still you encounter Windows 10 Xbox app party chat not working issue then try the other solutions.

    Solution 2 - Troubleshoot multiplayer connection issues:

    Here are some troubleshooting tips to help with any multiplayer connection issues:

    1. Please make sure Windows 10 is up to date.

    2. Open the Xbox App on your PC and navigate to the settings button.

    3. Click the Network tab and let it run its cycle.

    3. Once its complete, you will see your Xbox Multiplayer NAT type and Server connectivity:

    If there is an issue identified, follow the "More Information" link for further troubleshooting steps.

    i already be friends in xbox app and finish the prologue too. The funny is I can't join all my friends session/convoy and must wait my friends invite me. My friends can join my session/convoy without my invitation

    Have you tried using the Game Bar in Windows 10? You can activate it by pressing "Win+G" buttons. I've been able to join my friends on Xbox parties through there. I haven't tried using the Console Companion app, so can't say if that's worked for me or
    not.

    Is your friend also on PC?

    Same here. My friend and I have tried using passwords, no passwords, same region, no restrictions, inviting via the Xbox app, and all combinations to no avail.

    I also can't join any other global sessions. I'm assuming there are at least a handful of people playing this now that it's on PC Game Pass.
