    I cant use the clubs function, it just give me a random error and says to me go to xbox.com. help plz, i want to create a club to reunite people from my country, and i cant

    Impossible to join/create a club

    but.. I can't join or create ANY

    Cant join clubs or create

    1. Create another microsoft account and xbox account
    2. Add the account with the problem as a child to the family
    3. Change the setting from the "Adult" account
    4. Then remove the "adult" account from the family

    Worked for me atleast.

    Hi there

    if your account is a child account then the parental account has to sign in and make those changed for your account.

    If your account isn't a child account then please try to see what happens when you sign in at
    http://account.xbox.com/settings via a different browser or via InPrivate/Incognite browsing (Ctrl+Ship+P or Ctrl+Shift+N) to see what happens

    Hey Lennard,

    Is it not allowing you to join clubs for any game or just one game specifically? Also have you tried creating a club just for troubleshooting purposes?

    This has been something known for joining or creating clubs for Forza Horizon 4 on the Xbox app for Windows 10.
