I cant join clubs

i keep trying to clubs but i cant, i went into privacy settings and it says "allowed to join clubs' but when i go into it it says something is wrong with the way the account is set up HELP!!!

Cant join clubs or make them on pc.

I cant join any club without the privacy thing coming up.

Why has my fifa gone dodgey i cant gift stuff as it says add freinds? I cant request to join clubs as i get a the club could not be loaded my eas level has gone dodgey its not increasing i also cant invit players to freindlys or clubs i make?

This is a problem caused by not having a specific setting enabled in your privacy settings. Either this was changed manually or your xbox account is a child account, and if it's the latter, your age can not be changed in any way (microsoft account age won't
change this) and you must have an adult make an account, invite you to a family group and change the settings for you as follows:

On your adult account go here Sign in to your Microsoft account and click on the child's account and allow the option on the first page called "Share stuff people make (Xbox 360: Member Content)" to everyone
(must be everyone). Also, on the first page, "Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites" to Friends or Everybody. And on the xbox one/windows 10 tab the second option down, "Join multiplayer games", enable that. Also on the xbox one/windows 10 tab
enable "You can create and join clubs".

And then log out and in on the account in question on the console/device and that account can play online and join clubs.

If your microsoft account is an adult account you may be able to access that page but any changes will not take effect for real if your xbox account is a child account.
