I can't join at my account because say "have a error"

Yes but I can't even login to my live account because it says it's connected to the internet and it's not I go to join Xbox live and try resetting up my old profile but it says it can't access it and I've put all correct info in

I can't join clubs even tho my settings says that i can create and join clubs i still can't and get an error message saying i should change it.

I don't have access to the Parental Account so I can't get rid of it. I can't even go into My Account at xbox.com because I need to agree to the terms and conditions, which I can't because I don't have access to the Parent Account. I have an ongoing XBox
live Gold Membership tied to this account which I would like stopped and I can't actually do that.
