I cant seem to join an Xbox Game Bar party. I have tried different things including repairing and resetting the app and even setting the "Set time automatically" and the "Set time zone automatically" options on. I know I'm not communication banned because the Enforcement history says I have no active suspension. And even weirder the Xbox app on phone works fine.

And when I invite someone and they join, it does the same thing

Any help would be appreciated.
