I can't join a party and it's only on my main account need help please?

You can't join a party because you're already in ome somewhere else. Error code (0x8923101C) it happend last night. And now I can't join parties or host them I can do it on my other account but not this one. And no one is on my account in a party it's like
my account was frozen. I signed off and it said I was playing the last game I played about 2 minutes before I signed off. Please some one help me with this I didn't spend $650 for a Xbox one and HDTV to be *** over.

Hey everytime I join someone's party on my main account it I can here them through my headset bit I can't talk to them and they can't talk to me and Iv tryed going on my other account and talking works fine in the party so my headsets fine it just seems
like it's just my main account and I would like to know how I can possibly fix this or what is going wrong please thanks please reply

Same Here, When I go onto a second account or my Little brothers, and go to my main account, when i go to the party to join, the join party is greyed out.

Sorry you are having issues with party chat let's try a few things first off we are going to try deleting the cache

Soultion 1

Unlike Xbox 360, the Xbox One does not have a menu option to clear cache on the console. Instead, follow these steps to clear cache on an Xbox One:

Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it powers down completely.

Unplug the power cable from the back of the console so that the power brick in not connected to the console.

Press the power button on the console three or four times. This will ensure that any remaining power in the battery is drained, clearing the cache on the console.

Plug the power cable back into the console.

Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.

Turn on the console using the power button

Note if this does not work

Soultion 2

Reset the router/modem you are using simply unplug both devices for 3 to 5 mintues and plug them back in. Once those two steps are complete please let me know if that fixed your issue, if not we can follow foward with motor troubleshooting steps.

 

Cabooty02 you are wrong. To clear the cache you go to all settings>power&startup>turn off or restart>restart now>yes

 

That will not reset the cache only ram processes on the system it self
