i cant install the Xbox App

After uninstalling the XBOX app to do a clean install of Flight Simulator 2020 Japanese Version, I get an error code 80070013 when I try to install it from the Microsoft Store and cannot download it.

Applicable software: MS Flight Simulator 2020 Japanese Version Premium DX

Our PC specification

i7 9700K

RTX2080SUPER 8G

16Gb RAM

1T M.2 NVMe SSD

2T HDD

Sound Blaster Audigy

750W

SoftBank Air Wifi

Also uninstalled the Xbox app to reinstalled it to see if it fixed anything and now i cant install the Xbox app.

These steps can help you, give it a try.

Check for updates on Windows Update, update everything including optional/additional updates.

1. Logout from the Microsoft Store app

2. Look for the Microsoft Store app in the Windows menu, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset.

3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.

4. Open the Microsoft Store app, click on ''library'' then on ''get updates'' and update everything.

5. Restart your PC, log in to both apps and see if that solves the problem.

Make sure it's fully uninstalled in Settings > Apps > Apps & Features. If so check this method to more completely uninstall:

Are you installing from the Store? If not what is the source?
