    I can't install some apps and games


    The problem is that i can't install minecraft and xbox insider, l can install other apps or games like fornite apex and more. I already unplugged the console and reset the soft factory

    Any solution?

    We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning the inability to install Minecraft and the Xbox Insider application.

    Are there error messages when attempting to install these two?

    Do they not install all the way to 100%?

    Hi Irvin,

    I recommend a
    hard reset and power cycle     to the Xbox but also restart your router and modem at the same time that you are restarting your Xbox.

    If that doesn't help I recommend trying a soft factory reset one more time.

    Let us know if you continue to get the error code "0x80072f8f".
