I cant install Sling TV app on Xbox One X

Hello Waves,

Thanks for coming to the forums with the issue of installing app. We recommend to clear persistent storage and power cycle console. To clear persistent storage go to settings>disc and blu ray>blu ray>persistent storage and clear three times. After that then

power cycle the console. Once you turn it back on then try install the app.

Sorry to hear about the issues with the Sling TV app! If you haven't already, I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this issue sorted:

• First, navigate to My games & apps from the Home screen.
• From the apps tab, select the Sling TV app.
• Press the menu button on your Xbox One controller.
• Select Manage app and press the menu button.
• Select Uninstall.
• Once the Sling TV app has uninstalled, press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
  
• Unplug the power cord to your Xbox One console and unplug the power cord to your router, modem or gateway.
  
• Wait 5 minutes and the plug in your console, router, modem or gateway.
• Power on your console and navigate to My games & apps from the Home screen.
• Scroll to the right and select the Sling TV app under the Ready to install section.
  
• Select Install and once the app has installed, check to see if you are running into the same issue.
