I can't install skype. how can you help me

What console are you using? Or is this happening on PC?
Are you receiving an error code when you select the install option?
And what troubleshooting procedures you tried in your device so far?

Good morning. I have an xbox one s. and i searched skype microsoft store can't find it or write NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE

. on another xbox one s everything works fine

Are you using your Microsoft Account to sign in to Skype on XB1 or are you using your usual Skype Name and Password?

You can link your Skype/MSA together by going to Skype.com - I will post a few links that can hopefully be helpful to you.

What you need is a subscription or credit not a number. If this number is Skype number, then this can be used only to receive calls. You can't make calls using Skype number.
