    I can't install or open a game on xbox for pc


    I've brought xgp for PC, and It's allright before yesterday. But last night, when I open a game, It didn't run, except Horizon 4. When I uninstall the game I can't open , it didn't spare any space on my disk, expect Horizon4, so what's wrong wiith this?

    The only reason I can think is my region have been set to China.

    Please, follow these steps:

    Make sure that you’re online.

    Check that your device has the latest Windows updates: Go to Start > Settings > Update & security > Windows Update and see if any relevant updates are available.

    Open the Microsoft Store. You’ll be prompted to sign in if you haven’t already.

    Select your profile icon in the upper right corner.

    Select App settings, and then under Offline permissions, make sure that the toggle is set to On.

    Can you tell me which specific drive the games were previously installed on?

    Verify the location of the game's save on the Xbox app. Launch the Xbox app, select settings, and then select general.
