I can’t install my game it gets to 28% then stops

I've downloaded a game and it wen't to a 100% directly when i started downloading it but it doesn't show up in my games or in my hard drive i don't get it.

The first time i tried dowbloading it, it wen't to 28% then it just stopped installing

I think there's problem with the transmisson

There’s no offline update too be done it’s simply my game installs then says installation has stopped and it won’t restart I’m getting quite frustrated now because what’s the point in me paying for online etc if I can’t play the latest games is there someone who’s from Xbox who you can speak to about this is?

I’m having the same issue. My account says I’m 28 but I can’t access the content.
