    i tried to install my game but it keep telling me check your internet connection but when I go to my network it say your internet connection is good,i can watch youtube but cant download my game what is wrong

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    Kindly perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below, Brendan:

    " 1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

    2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

    3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."

    When i try to connect to xbox live it requires and update so i do it and it doesnt work

    Then when i disconnect wifi it asks me to install the game again and i cant play unless

    I install it again!!!

    I cant load into battlefield 2042 games on my specific wifi

    I’m playing on the Xbox series X and yes the game is installed completely. It’s a problem with my wifi because the game works when I’m on my iPhone hotspot. All my other games work completely fine on my wifi just not battlefield 2042.
