I can't install Microsoft Flight Simulator...

    I can't install Microsoft Flight Simulator...


    I just signed up for PC Game Pass today, started installing Microsoft Flight Simulator and a handful of other games. All the games installed successfully except MSFS. MSFS created two line items, one for MSFS Standard and another for MSFS Standard Game of the Year edition. The "Standard" one completed install but the "Standard Game of the Year" line item had only one item "Digital Ownership" under that queue. It shows this item is 5% completed downloading but has downloaded 1GB/1GB (aka. 100%) and never completes or makes any progress. Pausing never allows a restart, cancelling seems to work until you restart the Xbox app or try to reinstall MSFS at which time this re-appears at 5%. I uninstalled the game to see if this would allow me to reinstall without this glitch, however, now I can't proceed in anyway past this. Additionally, I tried uninstalling and re-installing the Xbox app along with all the other games I'd installed. Further, I went into advanced under uninstall to reset data for the app. Every time, the 5% item reappears in the queue automatically and won't let me proceed. If anyone has any suggestions on what to try next, would appreciate your help.

    I'm sorry you're having trouble installing Flight Simulator. You may need to submit a ticket to the Microsoft Flight Simulator support site here: Submit a request – Microsoft Flight Simulator Support (zendesk.com) There is a drop down menu where you can choose "I can't download or install the sim".
