I can't install Gaming Services, what can i do?

Hello all,

for a few Months, i had the same repeating Problem when i try to download Games on my PC. It tells me that i need to download Gaming Services for the Game to run, so i click download and enter my admin Password.It starts the download, but then it tells me that there was a ''Mistake while downloading Gaming Services''. The Error Code is 0x80073cf6 and ever has been since the Problem started to occur, and the Error Code is unrelated to my Problem(at least the Xbox Error Code Page it redirects me to is). When i look into the Update section of the Microsoft Store, it tells me that i need to update Gaming Services, and so i of course, try to do that, but it also won't let me do so and instead tells me that ''an Error occured, try again later'' , but if I try again later, the same Message pops up. I really have no idea on what to do from here since i tried reinstalling the Xbox App, resetting the Microsoft Store and manually download Gaming Services, all with no luck, so every help is more then appreciated

On windows 10, the xbox app is installed with windows and can not be removed. You can disable the various services in the services menu but you can't uninstall the xbox app. You can also turn off the game bar.

If it's not the xbox app what do you mean?

I tried all these steps as well. Nothing helped. I have no idea what to do next. I can't install games off of discs, or digitally. I can install apps like twitch and YouTube flawlessly but no games and this is after 3 factory defaults and doing all the
modem/internet fixes multiple times. I'm really hoping it's a service issue of some sort although it says none that are relevant to this issue
