i cant install ANY Xbox game on my windows 10 pc/laptop

ok so ive tryed uninstalling the xbox app and reinstalling it that didnt fix the problem and i still cant install anything beacuse when i try to install somthing it just says you must download gaming services to install games so i try to do that but it dosent work

Can you verify if all the Xbox services are running on your PC?

For this, search Services by using the Windows search functionality and look for the next services once you open the program:

IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming Services

Then, do this for each service: Right-click on it and select Properties. In Startup type, make sure it’s set to Automatic.
If the service isn’t started, click Start Click Apply and OK to save changes, restart your PC and try again.

**If you're not able to do this with Gaming Services, you can skip that part

In case you have a third party antivirus or some kind of system optimizer. Please disable all the program features and restart the PC before trying this.

i just dont have gaming services at all i checked its not even on my pc i have xbox live but i cant use it cuz the program isnt letting me run it also i keep gettng this when i try to install games ->

Error code: 0x803FB107, i should also mention that before this i updated my window 10 to 19003 for Sea of thieves.

EDIT: this must be a joke, because when i tried it on my laptop, it is currently downloading the game without updated window 10. (my laptop also doesn't have the xbox app installed.)

Downloading SoT anniversary edition, city skyline and ACA NERO GEO metal slug right now on my laptop. (without updates on console companion, window store, window 10)

How do i rollback to test it on my PC to see if it work? Deleted old updated to make space for a window 10 clean install before realise i could just go back to previous build.
