    I can't install any games or apps onto my xbox.


    Whenever I try to install a game or app onto my xbox, whether it's from the Microsoft store or my games library, the installation sits on "installing" forever. Sometimes it also just stops. I have tried power cycling my console, resetting with games and apps and every other tip from the troubleshooting pages but nothing has worked. It was working fine not two weeks ago. Any help would be appreciated. I have been unable to actually contact support as when requesting a call I get "there's a problem at our end" and that's it.

    Please, follow this steps

    1.- uninstall/cancel the installation of games with that issue
    2.- once everything it's uninstalled disconnect every USB device from the console
    3.- after this try restoring keeping games and apps
    4.- don't keep your previous settings on the console
    5.- install the games again without plugging any external USB device
    Tried this last night and nothing seemed to change at first but I booted it up just now and it's working fine again so I can only assume this sorted it. Thanks

    Games will intall onto my C drive (the drive that has WIndows installed onto it), but now I can't choose to install games onto my D or E drive, because I deleted the WPsystem folders.

    Installed Halo Reach from disc onto my Xbox One. It downloaded the game data from Live fine, but it didn't have any cover art, or a name. Also, it installed it into my "apps" section instead of my "games" section. So basically, I got a 7.2 GB blank box in
