    I have reinstalled xbox app and gaming services but still having the issue but noticed that in my task manager on the services tab it says that gaming services.net is running but not gaming services and whenever i right click and click on start proccess it just turns off again

    Got it. Let's refresh your connection on your PC.

    Type in cmd in Windows search
    Right-click on Command Prompt result and pick Run as administrator
    Once the new window opens, type in the following commands, pressing Enter after each:
    ipconfig /flushdns
    ipconfig /registerdns
    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /renew
    netsh winsock reset

    Once done, please restart.
