I cant install any games at all, please help!

I am unable to install anything. Pretty much everything was downloaded on my EXTERNAL hard drive and I accidentally formatted my external and it erased all games. So, now when I try to re install them from my ready to install section. They get QUEUED and
WILL NOT INSTALL. No game at all is installing, they all just say they are QUEUED. Even when I hover over them and press install now, the game goes up to the top of the install list but does not install but says it is QUEUED. So now I cant even re download
the preview program app that I accidentally erased along with my whole external hard drive to even be able to get rid of this current update, and go back to the new one if thats what the problem is. Thank you

 

It seems to be the ext hdd the update has a problem with. Do this. Remove ext hdd, you won't be needing it for a few hours. Next reboot then preview app should be under ready to install. If not hold power down for 10 secs and reboot. Try again and install
a small game everything should install no problem on internal. At this point your xbox should be working normal except you can't use ext hdd, but don't worry about that at some point later today you'll get an update. Then you can plug in hdd and everything
should be fine

I've been having the same problem for a couple of days now and it's really beginning to frustrate me. My installations are also being sent to the top of the list and queued whenever I try to manually start the installation but they never actually start and
are forever queued. It definitely seems to be a problem with the preview update. However, I don't have an external hdd so I don't quite think that has much to do with it, at least definitely not in my situation. Hopefully they resolve this issue soon

 

Yeah the hard drive can't be the problem. This sucks. I pretty much can't play anything

 

I haven't received an update fixing this same problem yet. I bought a game 3 days ago and I can't even play it. Does anyone know how to get out of the preview program it's more trouble than its worth.
