    It happened after the recent update I installed as I could still install games that require it as of about two weeks ago. If I try to install a game from the Xbox App, I get error code 0x00000001, if I try to install it from the Microsoft Store App nothing happens(Install button is blue, it asks which drive to install on as I have two on my PC and then nothing happens at all. No error code or anything). I'm the only Admin on this computer, the only user. I've reset, reinstalled and the only thing I haven't done is uninstall the updates from 06/09/2021 which consist of the following:

    Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB5003637)
    Feature Update to Windows 10 21H1 via Enablement Package (KB5000736)
    Servicing Stack 10.0.19041.1022

    Update for Microsoft Windows (KB5003254)

    Before I installed any of these on 06/09/2021, I was still able to download and install Microsoft Store apps/games as well as on the Xbox App that require administrator approval to install.

    Minecraft Launcher stuck on "Downloading update files"

    I tried that out but I think that the problem is about microsoft store. I can't install anything on it and the only way to get applications for me is to download them from the internet and just hope that it doesn't need connection to the microsoft store. This is why i can't install the minecraft launcher- It tries to connect to the microsoft store but then it gets an error and it sends me the store so I can download the launcher from there, which just like I said doesn't work. I followed your steps and the only problem I got was in the last step, which requires me to download an application from the store.

    Thank you for your reply. But this is only applicable for United States.

    I can't place order in Microsoft Store from another country.

    I hope Microsoft make possible to buy this controller from a retailer, like Amazon Brazil.
