I can’t install an update on my Xbox series x

I got dragon ball z kakarot and I was able to get pass the problem with the game not loading for the graphics update but on my series x it’s stuck on update 1.02 which is an old update and it won’t let me update my game but when I got on my brothers Xbox one on the game with my account and says I’m on update 1.92 on my Xbox series x though it says I’m 1.02 and won’t let me use my old save files is there a fix I can do to get the update and use my original saves and use the dlc I have?

It’s just on kakarot and when I got kakarot a couple days back it wasn’t on 1.02 either so I don’t know what could’ve caused this

I see. Don't worry we will fix this together. Please make sure you can sign in all your profiles. Let's try to restore the console back to factory defaults but we will select keep my games and apps so it won't remove your games and progress.

Please follow the steps here:

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

- Select Settings

- Select System

- Select Console info & updates

- Select Reset console

- Select Keep Games and Apps

After this, you will have to sign in again with your email and password. Then please try it again. Thanks!
