    Hi guys I need a bit of help.

    I bought Sonic forces on the 8th November and after playing a few hours for 3 days I turned it off and came back to it on 12th November. I got an error message saying I don't own the game and check in the xbox store, I'm use to this message I've had it a
    few times when my internet went down so I thought it'll be fine. After waiting an hour it still said the same so I done the usual checks like make sure everything is connected so I thought I would delete it and reinstall. Now it says I don't own the game and
    I'm not going to pay for again, its not appearing in the games ready to install and I've checked my order history and its in there but I was just wondering if anyone knows how to fix this.

  2. Game install time's

    Game installs do take a little while, but when it gets to 30%ish (I think) you should be able to play the game whilst it continues to install. In my experience the time it takes depends on the game and it can vary quite a bit. I've not played that game myself
    so I can't say how long it usually takes.

  3. Dark Souls can't be installed on Xbox One

    I've tried doing a power cycle, but it still says that I can't purchase it, and it's not on my Ready To Install list ;(

    I did get Dark Souls from Games With Gold, but I've veen able to install other Games With Gold. Thanks for replying though.

    I can't install a game I've played for

    Hold the power button on the console for a full 10 seconds until it turns off. Turn it on again and see if it’s in your ready to install section.

    Same thing here except I bought and installed on the 7th. Played on the 7th and a few day after. Came back to it probably around the 12th as well, may a couple of days after 12th, not having the Ready to install issue though, tried reinstalling, reset Xbox
    One X, hard restart still getting the error.

    Why can't I play games I've installed on my computer?

    1. The issue started 4 years ago but I forgot it was an issue and never cared to play any games through microsoft until now

    2. I do not know if there has been changes to the device other than having a friend help me update my drivers because I have no clue how to do that

    3. It happens to every game I've tried to install through the xbox app or microsoft store not through any other gaming retailer

    4. I do not use any third party software

    5. No I will not install windows 11

    6. I was trying to use the xbox gamepass subscription I bought and couldn't play any of the games

    7. I am not a member of xbox insider or pc insider

    8. I have never been able to play any game through any xbox or microsoft applications

    It said I had insufficient storage space so I deleted something on the console and refreshed the page, it still says insufficient space.
