    Hello Microsoft!

    I can't install Dead space 2 and Dead space 3.

    I expect that the problem is free space on the Xbox 360, but when I made more space, but nothing happened. Then I asked my friend to watch it,but it wasn't just me.It is also impossible to install these games. Please help if you know why this is happening.

    Hey Slimsy!

    What happens when you try to install the games? Do you get an error message or code by any chance? If you do, can you provide that to us so we can use it to do research?

    Are you able to install any other games now that you've cleared some hard drive space? Is your friend able to install the games from the same discs? That'll help us figure out if it's a disc issue or a console issue, hopefully.

    Give those things a try and let us know!
