I can't in my account to cancel the subscription. The money was removed from the card, and the subscription no. Ask for a refund for a service not rendered.

Cancel my Subscription

I'd like to cancel my xbox live gold subscription. But since my account is suspended i can't do it. Is there any way you guys could cancel it for me?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Just a friendly reminder though that in managing account settings we really need to have access to the account where the charges are coming from. You can validate it by checking this link: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/subscriptio...

This means that we need to locate the Microsoft email address and attempt to recover it so we can manage the subscription.

I had this problem once & I couldn't cancel because the card I was microsoft was still trying get a payment change your payment option & it should happen for you then hope this help.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have an issue with cancelling a subscription. We recommend requesting a call from support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
