i cant hear my party

I'm having the same problem with it. I going the party and my friends cant hear me and I cant hear them. some times I cant even get into party chat, I get stuck into game chat

Sorry to hear it. Can you please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down? That should solve the issue.

Firstly, let's check if your headset is properly connected to the Xbox controller. Please ensure that the headset is securely plugged into the adapter and the adapter is properly connected to the controller. You can also try unplugging and re-plugging the adapter to ensure a secure connection.



If the connection is secure, let's check the audio settings on your Xbox console. Please follow the steps below:



1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

2. Go to System > Settings > Display & sound > Volume.

3. Check if the "Headset mic" option is turned on. If not, turn it on.

4. Check if the "Headset volume" is turned up. If not, turn it up.



If the above steps do not resolve the issue, let's try resetting your Xbox console. Please follow the steps below:



1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the front of the console for 10 seconds.

2. After the console has turned off, wait for 10 seconds and then turn it back on.
