I cant got to the friends list or anything without it being very slow

Sorry to hear about the console taking a bit longer to operate. What troubleshooting steps have you tried already?

Let's check a few things to narrow this down as well. Does the issue happen when you're using either a wired or wireless network connection on the console?



Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

• Download Speed
• Upload Speed
• Latency
• Packet Loss %
• Wireless Strength (if applicable)

Let's then have you try to do a Network power cycle, to see if it helps.

• Start by powering off and unplugging your Modem, Router (if applicable) and Xbox One console.
  
• After 60 seconds of the devices being powered off, turn on the power to your Modem and then the Router (if applicable).
  
• Wait another 60 seconds for the network equipment to turn on and gain the proper signals from your ISP. Then turn on your Xbox One console.
  

That information will help us determine the next best steps. Thanks!

Very slow for me friends list down as well

Its starting to be very slow when i go to select my friends list.

The sales have been made. Very little, if anything at all, will be done. Complaints or no. Its as simple as that. I agree that Activision doesn't care and think its an outrage that you cant play a game you have paid for without it being ruined. That's COD
for you. I appreciate COD4 MW for the fact it got the attention of quite a few of my friends and got them gaming but that's it. There are much better offerings out there.

Im also having this issue. it happened right after changing the HUD preset on MP and now i cant play MP or zombies. i load in and then get kicked with the same error message. at some points im able to get in a game but it plays really really bad, very slow like 1 fps slow, cant do anything. cant open menu to leave or try changing settings.
