    I cant go into my storage


    This problem has been going on for 2 weeks and I have not been able to resolve this issue. Every time I go into my settings and I click on storage. It says it is clicked. But, It doesn't go anywhere I am allowed to click the home button and exit the settings
    and go back into it, but this happens every time I try to click the storage I also need my hard drive so I can transfer games over from my Xbox to my hard drive so I will have more space. Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone have a solution?
