    I can’t go into a party or send or receive texts


    when i press the home button and the banner comes up all the apps/games that are on the banner are just blank and i cant go into a party at all, i cant receive texts or send texts either. This has never happened to me before and it only started to do this
    after an update a few days ago. Does anyone have a solution for this???????and btw i restarted and unplugged my xbox like a hundred times but it still stayed the same

    It could be with the a lot of people logging as well. Can you try a power cycle to see if that refreshes it and if continues try using a wired to connection to make sure it's not packet loss.
