    Please make sure that the payment method you are using has enough funds to purchase the game. Try to remove and re-add your payment method and see if that works.

    When I applied for an elden ring refund it denied because I had "gone over my limit for refunds this year" when I have not refunded anything in 2022

    I have exactly the same problem on Xbox Series X. I can join social clubs, but I cannot join official clubs. I don't even have that join club button. I played Plague Tale Requiem and Elden Ring and I wanted to show my screenshots but i can't because i can't join the official club.
