Thank you for coming to the forums today, I'd be happy to help.

If you haven't already done so, go ahead and do a
hard reset and power cycle. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Unplug your router
and modem from the power for about 5 minutes. Then re-connect and turn on the Xbox and the network hardware.

You'll need an Xbox 360 to download and play Skate 2. Only Skate and Skate 3 are BC on the Xbox one.

I'm pretty sure they did or maybe remastered skate 1 but I have definitely played skate 1 on the xbox one s
