    Hello everyone, i bought a code in order to get a gamepass ultimate on my series s, the code is good but when i confirm it, the page just doesn't load, it's been hours and it's stuck loading, i don't know what to do, i did reset the console many times but nothing, what am i gonna do?

    Xcloid is not in every gamepass region you can check Xbox regions and they list what is available by country

    Xcloud and gamepass ultimate are listed separately if it isn't available in your region you can't get it

    I can't get to gamepass it continually shows circle even when I go to store and click on gamepass game. My internet is very strong to so I'm not sure what's happening.

    I'm playing on Xbox series x. No problem playing games on multiplayer with good internet connection. But for some reason I can't get gamepass to load.
