I can't get to the start page and choose a game

Hi! Thanks for your reply. As I was doing the hard restart and tried to write my email-adress, I noticed that the RB-button was pressed down. My son must have dropped the controller or something. I used a knife to pull it back in position and suddenly everything
worked again.

As a first step I would try doing a hard restart of the console.

You can reset,perform a full power cycle, or physically disconnect your Xbox One console to reboot it completely and fix many common issues.

Restart your console

1 Press your Xbox button to open the guide

2 Select Settings

3 Select Restart Console

4 Select Yes to confirm

Physically power cycle your console

1 Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2 Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or your controller

Note if you dont see the green boot up animation repeat these steps.

Disconnect and reconnect your consoles power cable

1 Turn off the XboxOne console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds

2 Unplug the consoles power cable and wait for 10 seconds

3 Plug the console power cable back in

4 Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One

Have you tried loading a game directly or a hard reset on the xbox?
