    i cant get to the home screen


    When i was downloading a xbox 360 game onto my xbox one, my xbox stopped in the middle of the download and looks like it is trying to open and close a app repeatedly. when i turn it off and back on it appears to the same opening and closing thing and i
    cant access anything. This error code appeared once 0x800706bf but there are no answers anywhere. what do i do?

    cant play after game add on

    so after game add onin ww2,cant get past xbox live screen keeps sending me back to home screen

    Error 0x80070490

    Everytime i start up my xbox one i get a black screen saying "Sonething went wrong, let us know by entering 0x80070490". You cant follow the steps provided on the solutions because i cant get to the home screen. Can any one help me out?

    Same here. Xbox one is no longer useable. Endless Loop of trying to open an app and the above error code appearing.

    I disconnected my xbox from the mains waited 5 mins and then plugged it back in. Everything working fine now.

    I disconnected my xbox from the mains waited 5 mins and then plugged it back in. Everything working fine now.
