Discus and support I can't get the Xbox app on my play store in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I can't download.     I'm sorry, I think you misunderstood. The media isn't the problem. The files are avi and mkv and it's a USB 2.0 flash drive so it should be supported as of your link. What I'm referring to is the app to play the files itself. I can't find the app in the
    Xbox store that plays the files I'm talking about. The app I saw on YouTube when I searched my issue through Google was called media player preview, but I can't find that app in the Xbox store. If I could get the app, playing the files would be a nonissue.

    Same here. Will not load from the app. But I can go to Xbox app, click on Word app, it will open in the store where I can click play and play through that way. Otherwise it appears the app for Microsoft Ultimate Word Games can't find the internet even
    tho my avatar loads.

    I don't even have the xbox app. I don't have the gaming services app either and nothing on the microsoft store even wants to download. So, like if I need the xbox app to play forza I can't even download that
