Can't get SSD to work.

Hi

The external hard drive need to at least meet the specifications listed
here to allow it to be used for games.

The basic requirements for storing games and apps on an external drive are:

Has capacity of 256 GB or more, and

Uses USB 3.0.

Can't get SSD to work.

I just purchased the below SSD and external case to connect to my Xbox One for more storage and faster loading, but I can't get it to work. The Xbox sees it but I can move any games to it. What am I doing wrong?

Since the March Xbox update my Kinnect has stopped working. Tried everything can't get it working. Must be an update problem. Worked fine before the update

I tried it but didnt work. The update turn my xbox off and now I can't get it back on

I could get mine to update with the adapter plugged in. I unplugged it and it updated the controller. adapter and stereo headset work fine but now i can't get controller to pair with xbox unless adapter is unplugged.

I'm having this issue too. Did the update last night, was working fine and today I can't get it to go past the loading circle after the 360 animation. It's most likely just an issue with the update, I can't see how my Xbox went from working perfectly to
not even starting up otherwise.

***UPDATE*** Dealt with a tech online for about 30 mins. Nothing worked, except now whenever I power my Xbox on it defaults to the "System Update stopped" screen and I can't go anywhere else. So my console is completely useless. Can't even get to the
home screen. Worked perfectly fine before the update, now I have a $100 paper weight. Not thrilled.
