Discus and support I can't get the RB/LB/home button to click properly after I get the center piece back in. in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; Im trying to put the front plate in for hours and its not working.     I can't get the RB/LB/home button to click properly after I get the center piece back in.


    Im trying to put the front plate in for hours and its not working. Everytime i put my front plate on the home button and both bumpers get stuck. Everything else looks fine.

    I made sure the sync button is in the right place. What can i do?

    Deadrising 3 survival menu.

    I am having this same issue.

    I have been playing story mode to chapter 3

    I can get to map menu but the lb and rb buttons are unresponsive to get to blueprint, player or other menus.

    I can control everything on the menu except the rb and lb buttons don't work

    Game is not freezing. Lb and rb buttons work during game play, just not in the menu

    The bumper buttons

    If I click equally on the rb and the lb, the one bumper says a click while the other doesnt. The RB says a click instantly when I press it and it reacts at once.

    However, the LB doesnt say click, and only reacts when I press the button completely down. I f I lift my finger a little bit, the button slips.

    Hello Youtube has many good videos on the best way to repair or put back together an Xbox One Controller. One is linked below and there also many others that you can check out that can provide you with the necessary steps to get that front plate back on.

    I am sorry none of those videos were able to help you, the next best thing is to follow this link https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/accessories/wireless-controller-broken-wont-work
    and try to report a broken controller and have it replaced. Good Luck!
